We read a book about a very sneaky cat named Cookie who seems to find trouble every day of the week! This book reinforces calendar concepts as well as the letter Cc. The kids all laughed out loud at the things Cookie did in the story especially when he fell in the toilet! It truly makes my day when I am reading a story and the students get tickled! We practiced writing letter Cc and we played the guessing game. We played a number game and reviewed the numeral zero. Finally, we worked in our ABC Poetry folders and sang our Frog Street Friend Song..............Cathy Cook.
